按該軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)外徑(jing),車一厚lmm的小圓(yuan)環(huan)墊(dian)在該對軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)外徑(jing)旁邊,減去原縫(feng)(feng)隙(xi),這樣該對軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)內圈就(jiu)有0.8mm左右(you)的縫(feng)(feng)隙(xi)調(diao)劑裕量(liang)。裝置(zhi)(zhi)后將(jiang)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)背緊螺(luo)母(mu)恰當調(diao)緊,將(jiang)參數0535置(zhi)(zhi)0,用百分表(biao)測X軸(zhou)縫(feng)(feng)隙(xi)為0.02mm,再將(jiang)參數0535設為15,測X軸(zhou)縫(feng)(feng)隙(xi)為0.01mm,X軸(zhou)縫(feng)(feng)隙(xi)得(de)以消除。
